,Ich bin der Wind’ - 31-Tone Enharmonic and N-Tuplet Composition Techniques of the new Cycle of Songs for Voice and Claviton

Based on fragments of the piece ,Utcis Gesol in fbb` written for the 31-tone ensemble Dsilton in 2016, new 31-tone cyclic studies were put together to be transposed through all tones of the 31-tone enharmonic tonal space. As a referrence to the pieces called Esempio della Circulatione, studies of transposition through all steps of expanded meantone tuning via certain intervalls by Ascanio Mayone written in the 17th century, as well as a tool for investigating all possible inversions of short harmonic progressions, theese reworks (that base mostly on an octave varying 12-tone subset tuning out of 31 for balafon tuning studies 10 years ago) now developed into songs with newly written lyrics. The words are inspired and coming from the harmonic rhythm found in the transposition-studies and look for ways to approach human nature in varying social circumstances. The new compositions will be exemplified on the 31-tone split sharps keyboard M-Claviton.
